Jeffrey Pace founded the original company in 2004 and is the inventor of The Wrapstik. When Danehe LLC was founded in 2014, S. Marcus Calloway became a shareholder of Danehe LLC. In January of 2017, we consolidated the original companies owned by Jeffrey Pace along with Danehe LLC to become Pegasus Company with common ownership.
